To maintain the quality of your mug, it should be hand washed only. It is not dishwasher safe.
Shipping:
Our customized mugs take 3-5 days to create, although some orders may take longer. Please allow 1-5 days for shipping once they're created depending on the shipping method you select. Shipping may be longer during inclement weather or holidays. USPS is our shipping method. Tracking numbers are provided via email once the handmade item is finished.
